Design Objective:
To transform the main customer service center of the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission into a rebranded image of an efficient and organized center for the dispensation of quality customer service.
The floor plan was developed after observations of the public activities and discussions with management and staff. The layout employing all custom designed furniture reflects a clear identification of departments and sequential flow of service.
The palette of materials reflect the corporate brand colours and were also selected for minimal maintenance.
