This projected represents G+P’s architectural re-entry into Guyana under the Firm’s present management; the previous firm having undertaken several successful projects in Guyana some decades ago.
This warehouse project comprises of 4 typical buildings, each consisting of 6 rental units of warehouse and office accommodation.
The project has been undertaken in 2 phases with the first phase of 2 buildings having been completed in 2022.
The second phase is under construction and is programmed to be completed by Q3, 2023.
