The major design objective was to provide Agostini Building Solutions with a working showroom of the building products which they represent as local agents. These include various types of suspended acoustical clouds, wall panels, ceiling systems, floor finishes and furniture.
The inspiration for the design of the Reflected Ceiling Plan of the main high volume space emanated from the local scene of kite flying in the Queens Park Savannah on Easter Sunday.
The major elevations of the warehouse complex were also given a face lift to mask out the old characteristics of typical local warehouse expression.
This project illustrates an alternative method of green building by adaptive reuse.
